Happy Birthday to me.. :)
I decided to get in shape almost one year ago. I had tried doing it many times before but I would always give up. It is really difficult to continue working hard when you are so far from the goal that you cannot even see it. So one year ago I tried something different, instead of trying to achieve one huge seemingly impossible goal I set smaller goals that I tried reaching in order to eventually achieve my ultimate goal. I recommend doing this to everyone trying to lose weight. It’s less scary and it keeps you motivated.
